SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We make every attempt to ship our items as quickly as possible. This is a part time business and there are times I may be out of town for my other business for a day or two. We will make every attempt to inform you of an anticipated ship date if this situation does occur.

All of our items are packaged as well as possible to prevent any damage during shipping. If the shipping box has been damaged then please contact the shipper and file a damage claim with them as a first contact.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We make every attempt to keep our customers happy. If for some reason you change your mind about your selection of products and need to return them for a refund or exchange the items must be in their original condition. We cannot accept a candle that has been half used or has had the wick lit. A refund or exchange will be issued once the item has been delivered back to us.
